Privacy Policy

InstaYoutubeSnap is built to need as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, so there is no profile to keep.

What we process

• The links you paste. Held in server memory for a few minutes so a repeat download does not re-query the platform, then discarded. Never written to a database.
• The media you download. Most downloads are streamed straight through our server to your device without ever touching disk. When you ask for a quality that has to be converted first — a merged HD video, or an MP3 — the file is written to a temporary folder for the seconds it takes to build it, sent to you, and then deleted. It is never indexed, shared, or kept after your download ends.
• Technical request data. IP address, user agent and timestamps, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and held only briefly.

Advertising

This site is funded by advertising. Our advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure and personalise the ads you see, and they act as independent data controllers for what they collect. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. You can limit this by using your browser’s cookie controls or an ad blocker.

Your rights

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly process their data.
