InstaYoutubeSnap respects copyright and expects its visitors to do the same.

What we host

InstaYoutubeSnap keeps no library, no archive and no search or browse function over anyone’s content. When a visitor supplies a link, the file is fetched from the original platform and delivered to that visitor alone. Where a requested format has to be converted, a temporary copy exists on our server only for the seconds that conversion takes, and is deleted as soon as the transfer finishes. Nothing is retained, catalogued or made available to anyone else, so there is no stored material here for us to take down.

If your work is being infringed

Because we hold no copies, the effective remedy is a takedown to the platform actually hosting the content. That said, if you believe this service is being used to infringe your rights, we want to hear about it and will act where we can — for example by blocking specific URLs or accounts at our extraction layer.

Filing a notice

Send the following to nehlimanoglu@gmail.com:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL or material you are asking us to act on.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

We aim to respond to complete notices within five business days.

Repeat infringers

We block visitors who use the service to infringe copyright repeatedly, and we cooperate with valid legal process.
